Kimberley V. Deede
Kimberley represents lenders, creditors, and fiduciaries in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and commercial collection matters. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Kimberley worked for a law firm which represented financial institutions and related entities in commercial and civil litigation, including matters ranging from wrongful foreclosure to probate disputes.
Kimberley earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, Kimberley gained invaluable experience interning for Honorable Judge Richard E.L. Strauss of the San Diego Superior Court and was an active board member of Student Consumer Attorneys, Law Students for Community Service, and the Woman’s Law Caucus.
