Roberta represents businesses in litigation and trustees and creditors in bankruptcies. She practiced law in San Diego for more than a decade, focusing on general civil litigation, before turning her attention to teaching.
She taught legal writing from 1997 through 2008. She has taught at University of San Diego School of Law, California Western School of Law, and Concord Law School. She served as Coordinator of the Lawyering Skills program at the University of San Diego School of Law. She joined the firm in 2010.
